полный игнор со стороны сотрудников, даже когда нет клиентов других, хоть бы что сказали, ждать или что, табло сломано или просто они заняты все вместе одним очень важным делом так долго...

Пришёл, взял талон и ждал минут 40. В зале 4 сотрудника по работе с физ лицами, двое были с клиентами, третья девочка не была занята, но на столе у неё написано было "стажёр", к ней тоже никаких вопросов. Четвёртая девочка сидела перекладывала бумажки, отходила...не спорю, возможно работой была занята. Но когда она приняла доставку пиццы... Это при том, что я один сидел в зале, позже пришёл ещё парнишка... В общем, медленно работают. Если предлагаете карту и приглашаете в отделение, извольте создать условия, чтобы клиент не терял время...

Банк плохой персанал тоже заманимают клиентов звонками по телефону говорят вам одобрин кредит а по факту недают👎

Самый, как бы, сказать помягче... Плохой банк из всех. И сотрудники не могут объяснить ничего. И говорят, как шарманка, не слыша клиента. И вообще не понимаю я этот банк. Обхожу теперь стороной

Самое плохое отделение в городе, передал копию СТС и ПТС, не могут передать выше или теряют, потом названивают, я должен все бросать ехать и решать их проблему
