Бывают очереди, работники не внимательные и некоторые хамовитые. После двух заходов по своему вопросу, на вопрос: Что Вам? "-я объяснила, что пришла смс от халвы, что могу открыть карту вашего банка, на что девушка ответила:" И что, многим по несколько штук на дню такие приходят". Как-то перехотелось иметь что-то общее. У работников по всей видимости никакой заинтересованности в новых клиентах.

Отвратительное обслуживание, девушка, которая там работает главной или администратором или президентом мира ( по выражению лица как минимум царица) - ей пора бы на курсы вежливого отношения к людям, ну или уволится с банка и пойти на трон. Цокание, закатывание глаз, ухмылки - это как минимум непрофессионально. Больше ни ногой!

Очень мне нравится отношение в этом Софком банке,не первый раз беру там кредит,помогает мне со всем разобраться Анастасия Адаменко,во всех вопросах очень уважительная,приятная девушка и после окончания кредита,я получила компенсацию,за что очень благодарна побольше бы таких внимательных служащих банка
