Научите своих курьеров, выдающих карту Халва, что когда звонишь клиенту в 10 утра и он 2 раза не берет трубку, а на третий раз взял трубку и сказал, что ещё спит, то нужно извиниться и перезвонить позже, а не торопиться назначить доставку карты.

отвратительное отделение, в выходные всегда закрыто, в том числе и сегодня, хотя должно работать до 18.00 и ни какие оповещений.

Никогда не пойду, пригласили получить карту, девушка 10 минут занималась своими делами, потом полчаса ждали ответа от банка , в итоге карту не одобрили. Испорчено настроение и потеряно аремя.

Добрый день. Это же не нормальные условия. Когда я начинал с вами сотрудничество по Кредитному догтору понимал, что пройдя варварские этапы мне предложат цивилизованный займ. А по суте лохотрон продолжается. Предложили займ 100000 руб. на год с отдачей через год 156000 руб. Вот и вся суть вашего банка. Очень жаль что потратил на вас время и деньги.
