Второй раз прихожу чтобы закрыть карты. Очередь движется с какой-то неимоверно медленной скоростью. Если хотите попасть в банк и решить вопрос. Отменяйте на этот день все свои дела. И просто расслабляйтесь и получайте удовольствие....

Пришёл сменить пароль по карте халва. В конце дали бумажку расписаться якобы за смену пароля, ну я ничего не подозревая расписался. Как оказалось эти сотрудники открыли счёт (на будущее читайте внимательно все что подписываете, оказыется даже в такой простой ситуации могут втюхать свои услуги). По кредитам тут ставка 19.9% если снимешь свыше 20% с карты процент будет по кредиту 29.9% будьте внимательны! Отвратительное место!

Впечатления очень приятные девушки работающие в этом отделении банка выполняют свою работу на все 100% всё объяснят, расскажут, покажут, реальная забота о клиенте, спасибо вам огромное))))

Оформляла там карту "Халва". Отделение банка тесное, неряшливое, хотя сотрудники очень доходчиво всё объясняют, очень дружелюбны. Сама карта теряет позиции. Выгоды с каждым годом всё меньше. А жаль. Год пройдёт и откажусь от карты- сейчас практически в каждом банке есть кэш-бэк и многие выпускают карты с длинным беспроцентным периодом.
