Отделение банка с годами становиться все хуже. Застал ещё их открытие здесь. Сначала осталась только одна касса и очередь к ней "то пусто, то густо". Сотрудники постоянно сидят без людей и при этом заняты и не принимают. Куллер для воды не работает. Всё обветшало за 5-8 лет после открытия.

Такое ощущение что кол центр банка и отделения банка это вообще друг от друга независящие подразделения. Оставил заявку через кол центр банка на кредитку, одобреди, назначали встречу, при себе сказали иметь только паспорт. Пришел в отделение банка на назначенное время и день, сказали что на любой кредитный продукт нужна справка 2ндфл, справку предоставить то не проблема. Проблема в том, что в кол центре говорят одно, а в отделении другое. Просто по пусту только время потратил, единица такому банку за некомпетентность.
