Обслуживание нереально долгое, приехал в 17.45, пока сидел ждал когда обслужат 3 человека в 18.20 подошла моя очередь и о чудо, мне нужно было внести денег, а касса работает до 18.00, спасибо сюда за потерянное время! Ппц!

Чтоб оплатить кредит в банке касса не меняет купюры. На вопрос; " почему не меняете купюры для оплаты кредита Совкомбанка отвечают что вообще не меняем деньги", обращение с клиентами банка грубое.толком нечего не обьясняют. Не приветливые. Чтоб клиента заманить в кабалу кредита и чтоб он завяс в долгах сотрудники с высшим образовпнием должны любыми путями его уговорить. Не хамством и отвращением. Лаской. Вежлмвостью обмануть и уговорить его. А они всё время чем то заняты. Медленное обслуживание. Часами приходится ожидать приёма. Категорический отвратительное обсоуживание

Один терминал для оплаты,очереди Назначают посещение на определённое время а очередь неимоверная и один сотрудник принимает! Никак изголяются над пожилыми людьми
