Надо было сделать уколы щенку, все в назначении было прописаны, мало того, что специалист данной клиники, изменил направление и вписал сколько что надо делать на свое усмотрение, не зная все проблемы щенка, так еще и не сделала укол, так как прочитала 1раз в день три дня, а прописано 3 дня по одному уколу в день, врач утверждает, что укол надо делать раз в 3 дня. Убедила пожилого человека, что все прививки не вводиться в/в, а вводиться внутримышечно. И вытащила катетер из лапы. 26.12.2019

Поставили неверный диагноз, развели на двойную плату ,выписали неуместные антибиотики для лечения кожи , собаке и так часто страдающей вздутием живота . Причину этого вздутия и проблем с кожей мне объяснили уже в другой клинике. Что бы было с животом у собаки после приема антибиотика мне даже подумать страшно . На вопрос почему я столько должна заплатить был ответ : у нас такие цены, говорю , что было 300 р , они в ответ : ну а сейчас все изменилось. А причина , как я поняла была в том , что я ,задав неудобный вопрос , поставила под сомнение их квалификацию и они решили отомстить таким образом. И началось : ну если вы не хотите ... ну если вы такая умная ...начали обе наизнанку выворачиваться. Больше туда ни ногой и другим не советую .

Уважаемая Елена, очень жаль что вы остались недовольны обслуживанием. На сайте указано что с 23:00 до 9:00 в клинике действует двойной тариф. Пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нами для уточнения подробностей произошедшего.
