Часто путешествую и поэтому знакома со многими туристическими агентствами Калуги, но могу с твердостью сказать, что "Сомбреро"-лучшее из лучших! Начнём по порядку: 1. Уютный офис в самом центре города 2. Компетентные, вежливые, а самое главное терпеливые ( а со мной это особенно нужно) сотрудники!!! 3. Возможность подбора тура онлайн ( что особенно важно, так как не нужно никуда ехать) 4. " Чистые" цены ( без допов, страховок и всяких подводных камней и накруток) 5. Сотрудники, котрые на связи 24/ 7 даже после продажи тура ( и в выходной, и 31 го декабря, если возникает экстренная необходимость, никогда не бросят и не проигнорируют, к помогут решить возникшие трудности, даже за 1000 миль) "Счастье не купишь за деньги, но можно купить путевку на море, а это практически одно и тоже"

С 2014 года летаем 2-3 раза в год только от Сомбреро) отличное турагентство, компетентный персонал, подберут тур на ваш вкус и кошелек) можно обратиться в любой момент с любым вопросом - менеджеры всегда на связи по телефону и онлайн. От всех приобретенных туров только положительные впечатления, никаких форс-мажоров и непредвиденных обстоятельств. Отдельное спасибо руководителю Наталье Хоботовой за терпение и понимание)
