Начну с того, что нас не могли никак заселить , ибо номера не были подготовлены , в общей сложности простояли час перед тем , как заехать в «номера» да - да номерами это сложно назвать , чисто комнатка советской эпохи) Персонал не отзывчивый, особенно женщина зрелых лет с ресепшна. В номере находиться неприятно , никакущий ремонт , хоть кровати есть и то славно, балкон страшный , в любую секунду он может обвалиться! Столовая настолько маленькая , что очереди стоят из голодных постояльцев , которых и так по пальцам пересчитать...Плюс только за цену , да и то не сказал бы , что она низкая, за такие условия вообще не стоит платить

Уважаемый Солнечный, судя по вашему официальному ответу, неудивительно почему у вас в "отеле" такой ужас, вы, наверное, про клиенториентированность ничего не слышали. Да, и полная глупость просить знакомых писать отзывы. Удачи вам.

Отдых Собрались отдохнуть с подругой в белокурихе и попросили друзей забронировать нам номер в какой нибудь гостинице. Когда мы зашли в номер , были ооочень удивлены :))))ремонт там не делали с советских времён , большая часть мебели тоже откуда) ну и то что завершило наше знакомство с нашим номером, это ужасно пахнущие полотенца.Но!Если вам нужно место просто переночевать, то можно на это закрыть глаза, очень дёшево и очень вкусные завтраки , куда мы ходили с большим удовольствием)

Низкие цены Проживали неделю в этой гостинице. Цены демократичные. Персонал приветливый. Находится в курортной зоне в двух шагах буквально от санатория Белокуриха. Мебель правда там вся очень старая и на балкон выходить запрещалось. В стоимость проживания включались только завтраки. Все остальное только заказывать. Обед и в номер можно заказать.
