Проблема с возвратом товара ненадлежащего качества. Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Отношение к покупателю. Приобрела нож Steel Will F35-01 Lanner, как мне объяснили с пожизненной на него гарантией. Спустя месяц рукоятка ножа полностью утратила свой первоначальный цвет, товарный вид. На клинке ножа образовалась точечная коррозия, которую продавец магазина в который я тут же обратилась посоветовал мне чистить пастой Гойя, мол климат у нас в Санкт-Петербурге влажный, ржавеет всё даже лёжа на полке. В сервисном центре я написала заявление на возврат денежных средств за товар ненадлежащего качества. Товар был сфотографирован, фотографии ножа с витрины и моего ножа спустя месяц не значительной эксплуатации для сравнения были приобщены к заявлению. В итоге: Денежные средства мне вернуть отказались ссылаясь в ответном заявлении на то, что естественное истирание покрытия рукояти является нормой. Придёться обращаться в независимую экспертизу, Роспотребнадзор и суд.

Хороший магазин, плохой сервис. Достоинства: Хороший выбор, много точек продаж. Недостатки: При возврате товара на следующий день Вам придется ехать в сервисный центр. В магазине где вы покупали вернуть товар нельзя. Почему - не понятно. Покупал нож. На следующий день захотел вернуть. Осматривали чуть ли не под микроскопом (я говорю не только про режущую кромку), хотя ножи продают прямо с витрины выставочные образцы. То есть там вполне могут оказаться потертости, которые покупатель сочтет приемлимыми. Обменять на другой нож отказались, причины объяснять не стали. Вернуть деньги на карту (я оплачивал картой) отказались, причины объяснять не стали.
