Очень недовольна обслуживанием. Пришла в компанию сделать осаго. Попросила девушку посчитать мне стоимость. Она начала вводить данные, потом пришел другой клиент, меня попросили пересесть к ее коллеге, которая все заново начала вводить. Это все-таки время. Именно в согласии мне не получилось сделать полис, девушка предложила через другие страховые. Хорошо. Сделали в ингосстрах. Когда она распечатала полис, я увидела, что там введен неправильный мой адрес. На вопрос и что мне теперь делать мне ответили, что ехать в ингосстрах и менять там. Так какого извините фига я ехала к вам, если мне теперь мотаться по всей Москве. Ни извинений, ничего в свой адрес я не услышала. Я расстроена, что мне еще придется куда-то ехать, тратить свое время

Самый сонный офис на свете! Работники тормозят, простую страховку в путешествие делали больше получаса при отсутствии других клиентов. Плюс практически отговаривали со словами "Вы думаете, вам много вернут?"
