Отвратительное обслуживание, ждать полис будете от 10 дней минимум будучи больными и нуждающимися в помощи, всем все равно, что вы болеете. Никто не предупредил, что полис надо заменить, никто не связался по готовности полиса ни по смс, ни как-то иначе. Работники отделения некомпетентные.

может все бы и хорошо, но переоформлять полис полтора месяца из за смены фамилии, это что то не нормальное. сегодня 19-е декабря, а ни звонка, ни сообщения нет.... сдала на переоформление аж 8 ноября, и до сих пор тишина.... сотрудники то может быть и вежливые, но скорость готовности оставляет желать лучшего.... номер тот же остается, только фамилию по браку меняю, и объясните, почему это происходит не в теч 10 дней, а то лучше и сразу, ведь ничего более не меняется??!! за такой долгий срок, уже можно лично доставить домой с извинениями. сегодня временный полис закончил свое действие, а от Согаз-Мед тишина.... переоформлять ездила на Сайкина, 19

Переоформлял здесь медицинский полис ОМС, очень удобно и без очередей. Здесь сразу дают заполнить все документы, фотографируют и выдают временный полис. Через некоторое время звонят и приглашают за готовым полисом.
