Здравствуйте! Хочу написать отзыв о компании «sofa furniture”! Перед заказом кровати, все было на высшем уровне, даже после заказа. Обрадовало так же то, что позвонили за неделю раньше предварительно оговоренного дня изготовления кровати. Но не тут то было.....! Ждали приезда курьера в четверг, позвонили со службы доставки и сказали, что заказ отменен. Причину не назвали! Радует что извинились. Договорились перенести дату доставки на ближайщую субботу. В субботу опять позвонила девушка со службы доставки и сообщает, что дату нужно перенести на следующий четверг ( мол у них доставка осуществляется только по четвергам и субботам). Ок понервничали, но договорились! В долгожданный четверг нас ждало полное ФИАСКО! Позвонил сам курьер и сказал, что нашего заказа нет на складе и что делать он не знает, так как всего лишь осуществляет доставку груза до указанного адреса клиента! Дозвонится в офис не смогли т.к. время было уже позднее, решили написать в Instagram, ответил нам «Главный менеджер» Валерий, который многое пообещал, но ничего не выполнил! Благо вернули предоплату! Назвать Валерия менеджером оочень сложно т.к. правила культурной речи не знает, стал отмазываться, что это на производстве все неправильно поняли и нам донесли и что за них он ответственности не несет! Вопрос, действителтно ли у этой компании собственное производство?! В общем не советуем НИКОМУ эту компанию, так можно и годами ждать заказа! По факту заказали кровать в другом месте, сейчас всем довольны!

Покупали детскую кровать. Качество материала и сборки отличное! Помогли с подбором материала и цвета ткани. В интерьере стало даже лучше чем ожидали, ребенок доволен.
