Уважаемый Александр! В соответствии со ст. 35 ГК РФ обязанности опекуна недееспособных лиц, проживающих в Интернате, осуществляет Интернат. В силу статьи 37 ГК РФ опекун не вправе совершать сделки с подопечным, за исключением передачи имущества подопечному в качестве дара или в безвозмездное пользование. Интернат не являлся стороной судебных разбирательств в связи с нарушением данной нормы, а также не участвовал в качестве ответчика в судебных делах в отношении имущества дееспособных проживающих лиц.

Была там довольно давно,когда меняла работу-интернат показался очень приличным. Заинтересовало, что с больными работают, как бы социализируют, дают им навык жизни вне интерната и навык общения в обычными людьми. На стенах рисунки больных, чисто (но,это везде),нет никакого запаха...
