В целом хорошее впечатление сложилось, несколько раз приходила, всегда все есть, цены на многие препараты ниже, чем в соседних аптеках, светленькая женщина с короткой стрижкой все хорошо проконсультирует, подскажет, как лучше, всегда в хорошем настроении, чего не скажешь о фармацевтах в других аптеках

Здесь многие пишут, что цена на сайте отлична от реальной цены на кассе. Так вот мне на кассе озвучили сперва одну цену на препарат- 350р, а пробили 380р. Когда спросил почему так - сказали какая-то ошибка. Представитель конторы на флампе очень ловко объясняет многочисленным обманутым покупателям, что причина в отсутствии карты дисконтной. Надеюсь кто-нибудь наконец-то напишет на вашу шарашкину контору жалобу в роспотребнадзор и прокуратуру, проведут контрольную закупку и оштрафуют вас по самые помидоры, чтоб впредь не повадно было людей намеренно вводить в заблуждение.

Заказала на сайте лекарства. Через час примерно пришло подтверждение, что все готово и можно получать. Вечером (то есть часов через 5 после подтверждения) пришла за заказом и выяснилось, что "заказ не готов к выдаче, у нас система тупит". Ну ок, на следующий день, чтобы не ездить зря пыталась дозвониться до них. Трубку брать никто не хотел полдня. Потом!!! На удивление сами перезвонили, сказали, что все готово. Бинго! Приехала забирать и оказалось, что одного препарата нет, у нас пересортица и на сайте неверные данные. Никогда больше не свяжусь с таким сервисом и с вашей аптекой

Заказал на сайте лекарство. Получил подтверждение об обработке и номере заказа. На следующий день поехал забирать. И ничего не получил. продавец даже не стала смотреть на номер, а просто сказала, что такого лекарства ( Небиволол СЗ) в аптеке нет и нет уже давно! Хорошенькая же система заказа в этой "социалочке"! Не тратьте свое время на этот магазин дорогих лекарств и обходите данное заведение стороной.
