Сегодня 10 октября 2024 вечером пришли в салон на стрижку пуделя. Изуродовали наше чудо ( Наши пожелания по стрижке собаки не учли. Уши плохо вычистили ( внутри) и подстригли криво, попу выбрили , как у обезьяны , морда квадратная ( выбрили нос ), один глаз так и остался заросшим, с хвостом непонятно что. Персонал сам был нервным и грубым: учили жизни клиента « зачем тогда сюда ходите?» Вот теперь мы никогда к вам не придем. Не запомнили имя «мастера», но никому не рекомендуем стричь пуделей там.

Тоже ооочень хочу написать отзыв! Стригли шпица,мастер настоял на лазерной чистки зубов! Двое суток собака ни пила ,не ела,рот весь воспален,потом я посмотрела как это делают,собаку силой держат, во рту кровь ,слюни,а они чистят! Собаку порезали ,ожоги по всему телу,заживало около 3 недель! Татьяна ,это был мастер,как вы думаете ожоги сильно болят? Главное деньги, это же не у вас болит!

Замечательный мастер Яна ходим к ней не первый год. Живем практически на другом краю Балашихи, но опять и опять возврашаемся к ней, потому что стрижка у нее просто чудо. Она мастер своего дела! Всегда прислушивается к пожеланиям, стрижки всегда великолепны. Ходили к многим мастерам, потому что возить далеко, но все равно остановились на этом мастере потому что лучшее нее нас ещё ни разу никто не подстриг. Удобная зона ожидания , всегда есть чай и кофе. Ставлю 5+++ мастеру Яне и салону. Рекомендую
