Это замечательный клуб. Во первых удобное месторасположение. Парковка... почти всегда есть)) соответствующая обстановка внутри: интерьер, атмосфера. Администраторы дружелюбные. Я хожу в утренние группы к Людмиле Тасун. Я даже не представляю как ее можно не любить? Хотя, ее можно обожать ))) то да! Ведёт йогу для продвинутых, новичкам тут делать нечего, слишком сложно будет. Но для опытных ежиков она просто огонь. Замечает малейшие неточности в асанах. Очень точно формулирует как и что нужно делать. Даёт интересные асаны. А главное: очень веселая и позитивная тренер. На занятиях ещё и смехотерапия, но это само собой уже получается ))

Несмотря на то, что по местоположению этот клуб оооочень далеко от моего дома, хожу только в него! Сравнивала с другими центрами йоги... ну нет у нас больше приличных центров, кроме этого:) И преподаватели, и помещение, и расписание - все супер!
