Была в Снежной Королеве в Питере. Почему там умеют помочь клиенту, а у нас кроме как: "Всё, что в зале", и не услышишь ничего? Да и ассортимент оставляет желать лучшего.

Магазин неплохой, выбор очень хороший, мех тоже хорошего качества. Но, есть одно огоромное "НО", об этом я напишу ниже. Сложилось впечатление что в этом магазине нет хозяина, по крайней мере нет грамотного управленца который бы разогнал разгильдяев. Стоит проработать отношение персонала к рядовому покупателю. В частности и целостности это относиться к сотруднику Оксане, после общения с этим сотрудником, желание посещать магазин пропало, особенно не понравилось навязывание ненужных вещей и предметов одежды. Являясь покупателем этого магазина, скажу так: отношение этого сотрудника к клиентам- негативное(мягко сказано).

От лица компании просим прощения за сложившееся впечатление. Согласны с тем, что такое поведение персонала не соответствует качеству обслуживания, принятому в нашей компании.
