Очень плохое отношение к покупателям. Понравилось пальто, выбрали, было небольшое пятно грязное в области пуговиц, задали вопрос консультанту " можно почистить вещь перед продажей?",и получили ответ "это точно ототрется салфеткой". Купили пальто, салфетку за 60 рублей, попробовали на кассе устранить пятно, не вышло, на что продавцы сказали " ну оформляйте возврат". За салфетку естественно денег не вернули. Получается, клиент должен сам платить за попытку устранения пятен на товаре, а если не получается, то магазин ни причём. Ужасная политика продавать грязные вещи и заставлять клиентов самим их чистить.

Очень не понравилась политика магазина по отношению к потенциально постоянным клиентам. По порядку. Были куплены две вещи. Зачеркнутая цена на них была 19000 и 13000 рублей. Цена со скидкой - 17000 и 11000 рублей. Купили, остались довольны. Не прошло 14 дней, а цена в интернете стала 15000 и 9000 соответственно! То есть на 2000 тысячи дешевле за каждую вещь. Очень не понравилось, поэтому приехали сдали вещи обратно по старой цене, купили по новой. Нас уверяли, что это скидки в честь юбилея сети, называя их небывалыми, просили никому не рассказывать. Хорошо, вроде вещи обошлись дешевле, чем изначально, но осадок остался сильный. Прошло ещё три недели, и цены стали 13000 и 7000 соответственно!!! Я, конечно, понимаю, что вещи стоят значительно меньше даже этих цен, но зачем так откровенно выставлять клиентов идиотами?
