Выражаю огромную благодарность сотрудникам «Снежной королевы» на Люблинской 153 за помощь в приобретении куртки! Понравилась куртка,которая была по акции, но не так просто оказалось ее купить, впечатление складывалось, что работать операторы не хотят и продавать тоже.Звонила операторам на горячую линию половину дня, они либо ложили трубки, или же предлагали другой товар,который мне был не нужен. Дозвонившись напрямую до магазина, где сотрудники оперативно сработали, отложили мне куртку, сын прие хал и забрал. Спасибо огромное!!! P.S.-зачем нужны такие операторы на телефоны, если никакой информации не дают и ноль результата? – показать

Очень неплохой магазин. Сервис на уровне, продавцы не навязчивые, а цены соответствуют качеству товара. Рекомендую!
