Мы с женой являемся пациентами клиники несколько лет. С момента рождения ребенка приняли решение о его медицинском наблюдении здесь же. Профессиональный уровень врачей заслуживает высокой оценки. С ребенком легко находят контакт, умеют его отвлечь и успокоить во время осмотра. Всё рассказывают простым и понятным языком.Особо отмечу работу администраторов на ресепшен: сотрудники демонстрируют вежливое и терпеливое отношение к посетителям с детьми, все вопросы решаются быстро, что очень важно.Очень рады, что всей семьей наблюдаемся именно здесь.

Заявляют себя, как детская клиника, в итоге администраторы не умеют обращаться с детьми. Нанимайте администраторов с устойчивой нервной системой, чтобы их не раздражали дети просто своим присутствием.

Филиал СМТ Клиники на Сурикова — многопрофильная клиника, в том числе здесь ведут приём детские врачи: мы уделяем особое внимание приёму маленьких пациентов. Наши администраторы всегда стараются сделать визит максимально комфортным для всей семьи — они доброжелательны, внимательны и умеют находить подход к детям.
