Была пока только единожды в этом офисе банка СМП. Обслуживание клиентов оцениваю как хорошее. Быстро получила денежный перевод. Помещение хорошее.

Хотели подать заявку на кредит с дочерью. Получили по телефону консультацию, собрали документы, приехали в офис. А нам говорят, что нужен еще один документ, о котором нам не сказал консультант по телефону. Получается, что мы приезжали за зря, а - это на минуточку 35 км. Мы начали возражать, на что нам операционист ответил, что звоните в головной офис, там новые сотрудники, вам проконсультирют.
