Здравствуйте! Прошло уже более двух месяцев после моего письма с просьбой разобраться с фактом мошенничества при якобы имевшем место подписании договора о перевыпуске карты. Ответа от центрального офиса до сих пор нет. Сегодня зашёл оплатить кредит, возникло небольшое недоразумение, сотрудник банка вызвался мне помочь, а в это время другой сотрудник, девушка, вдруг начала встревать в разговор и поучать меня. Отвратительное отношение к клиенту банка. Был когда-то приличный банк с внимательными сотрудниками, но со времени покупки банка Москвой все сильно изменилось в худшую сторону. Очень жаль.

Зашёл оплатить налоги,неправильно вбили цифру какую то,деньги ушли не туда.Налоговая прислала пени и повтор,я принес квитанции об оплате,через три месяца приставы пришли.Побегал по налоговым,мировым судьям и банкам из за тупых кассирш этого банка.Виноватых нет,проверяйте лучше сами у кассы.
