Заказал справку об уплаченных процентах по кредиту. Ее делают минимум 10 рабочих дней. Мне ее сделали вечером на 18 день. Сбер, к примеру, делает такую же справку максимум за 2 часа. Если Вы попали в этот банк, готовьтесь к дополнительным проблемам. Жирный минус этому банку. К ним больше ни ногой.

Не рекомендую иметь дело с ИнвестКапиталБанком. Клиентами пренебрегают, на обращения отвечают с большим опозданием, без разъяснений и комментариев. С деньгами и счетами клиента обходятся исключительно руководствуясь внутренним правилам банка, о гражданско-правовых отношениях даже не задумываются. За помарку на иностранных купюрах взымают 25%, банкоматов не хватает, наличности в них - тоже. Если не выдан чек, то в транзакциях, порой, трудно разобраться. За СМС-уведомления взимается один из самых дорогих тарифов. В общем, проблем хватает. Мой работодатель отказался сотрудничать с ИнвестКапиталБанком в 2016 году.

Пользуюсь картой данного банка достаточно давно. Периодически перевожу средства с карты на карту и совершаю другие операции. Когда первый раз попала именно в данное отделение банка,немного удивилась качеству и скорости обслуживания(очереди в некоторых банках бывают существенные)и что немаловажно,доброжелательности сотрудницы банка.Мне сразу же предложили помощь,девушка подробно объяснила, как выбирать необходимые виды операций из меню терминала оплаты.Приходя повторно в данный банк,постоянно встречала ту же самую доброжелательность и вежливое отношение(подобные манипуляции сотрудницам точно необходимо производить не один раз в день).Помещение очень просторное,обращаешь внимание на гармоничное цветовое оформление-преобладание "успокаивающего"зеленого позитивно сказывается на общей атмосфере. Из минусов,могу обратить внимание на высокие проценты по картам для клиентов.Это не относится к самому отделению банка.
