С момента покупки автомобиля он обслуживался здесь. Машина была куплена в самом начале 2014 года. Все вроде было хорошо. Проходил плановые ТО всегда, изношенные запчасти всегда клали под пассажирское сиденье(фильтры, колодки, свечи, остатки недолитого масла). Вчера приехал поменять ГРМ ремень и ролики. Сразу сказали, что на 16-клапанном двигателе нужно и помпу менять тоже. Ну хорошо, они ж специалисты, знают. Согласился. Поменяли. С деталями вышло 10000. Чуть офигел. Но ладно. Ни одного старого болта в машине не нашёл, а как минимум помпа должна же была быть, ведь фильтра старые и колодки возвращали обратно, помпа чем хуже? Ну видать рабочая была ( а она была, утечек антифриза не было) почему не вернули? Возможно кому-то поставят. Далее нашёл в наряд заказе комплексную диагностику. Я ее не просил. Ну ок, видимо при замене запчастей ее нужно провести. Когда наряд-заказ оформлял, прямо стэнд стоит - акция!!!! Диагностика 299₽ подробности на сайте! Посмотрел сайт. Да, есть такая акция. С поправками, что при замене запчастей она бесплатная. Тоесть видимо замена комплекта ГРМ не является заменой запчастей. Ну хорошо, допустим. Но ведь если они провели ее и обязали меня за это заплатить, то должны были предупредить меня о выявленных неисправностях, так ведь? Но ни слова, когда я машину забирал. А 1500 км назад я ТО у них проходил, сказали тормозные диски через 15000 точно нужно заменить. А теперь уже не нужно? Или данную услугу вписали, но ее никто не делал? Ведь в эту диагностику входит проверка тормозной системы. Так что, просто заработали денег ни с чего? А может не сообщили о неисправности ? А это значит, подвергли мою жизнь опасности.
