Ужасный магазин. Все время пахнет дешевой резиной. Вообще специфический запах и от этого совсем не смешно. Гадкий!

Моя мама 83 лет, в магазине «Смешные цены» на ул. Уральская д.6, к.1, купила сапоги-дутики и свитер. На кассе она видела как продавец положил вещи в пакет. Придя домой открыла пакет и обнаружила, что там только одни сапоги. Сразу пошла обратно. В магазине подошла к кассиру который упаковывал её покупки и потребовала вернуть свитер, на что он, без всякого смущения, молча, достал свитер и протянул маме. Отвратительный магазин и жулики продавцы!

Купил внуку спортивные ботинки. Через два часа прогулки подошва начала отрываться. Лицо, назвавшееся администратором магазина, заявило, что никакие претензии к качеству товаров магазин не принимает и никаких гарантий на товары не дает. Назваться (фамилия, имя, отчество) так называемый администратор отказался. Хотя кассир заявил, что администратор белорус, но по внешности он такой же белорус как я — японец. В общем, среди персонала магазина ни одной славянской внешности я не встретил. Отношение п ерсонала к покупателю, предъявляющему законную претензию, издевательское и презрительно-хамское. Ни на один вопрос ответа не дается. Назвать кого-либо из руководства (директора, собственника и т. п.), указать место расположения руководства и контакты с ним все работники магазина отказались. На товарном чеке указан один ИП (Заботкин Н.С.), на первой странице книги жалоб — другой (явно «славянского» происхождения — Мамедов Васиф Сабир-оглы — из Тверской обл.). Иногда мне приходилось покупать товары в подобных магазинах, но с персоналом славянской внешности. Товар всегда был качественный и носится по несколько лет. А такие торговые заведения как этот, должны ликвидироваться. – показать
