Во-первых, вся оплата идет после принятия работ. Для меня это было существенным, поэтому сразу поставил себе плюсик, дальше: избавили от заботы по покупке и доставке материалов. Все сделали сами, с учетом того, что не потратил на это ни времени , ни сил, ни нервов, то в деньгах, считаю, ничего не проиграл. В третьих - все мастера и прорабы - граждане РФ, для меня это тоже был плюс. Про то , что все сроки, цены и штрафы за их нарушения были прописаны в договоре , даже не говорю. И еще один момент, который мне понравился. Когда надо сделать что то специфичное, в моем случае - установить двери, приезжали специалисты - установщики дверей. По качеству претензий тоже не было, я был со своим приемщиком, вопросов не возникло. У них свой технадзор перед сдачей проверяет объект. По итогу, я доволен.

Нормальные компании проявляются в кризисные времена, как сейчас, Смарт оказалась из их числа. Несмотря на самоизоляцию и все препоны все сделали вовремя, привезли весь материал полностью, без замен, ни разу не слышал жалобы на трудные обстоятельства. Ремонт был в новостройке. В будущем снова обращусь, если придется что то делать. Могу рекомендовать
