Upd 2. 01.2022 Зиму окна встретили с уже привычным перекосом. В этот раз поменяли фурнитуру за мой счёт на более крепкую, за работу не взяли. Выглядит надёжно. Я не знаю, хорошие ли сейчас делают окна - надеюсь, компания учла ошибки. В любом случае порадовала итзывчивость директора - Олега. Как минимум, подход к работе заслуживает уважения, думаю, большинство фирм на подобные отзывы забивают. На данный момент претензий у меня нет. Upd. 06.2021 со мной связался директор. 06.2021 бесплатно поменяли уплотнитель - т.к. старый был слишком тонкий для моей фурнитуры 08.2021 бесплатно приехали монтажники, настроили окна, как смогли. На кухне всё ок, но балконную дверь все равно нужно прижимать сверху при закрытии, т.к. её выгнуло - гарантия на профиль от завода - 1 год. Говорят, такой профиль больше не используют. Подожду зимы, отзыв дополню. Установили все нормально, вопросов нет, установщики молодцы. Сами окна - г*но. Установка была в ноябре 2018. И вот, прошло полгода - и окна все повело. Затворочные механизмы на двери работают туго, на кухне створка закрывается впритирку. Видно, что на материалах сэкономили. Не сказал бы, что окна какие-то мега-дешёвые, цена - средняя по рынку. Да, наверное это исправят по гарантии (ещё не звонил, выезд мастера по гарантии, к слову, по договору платный, 500р) но это ничего не изменит - если материал г*но, их так и будет перекашивать каждый сезон. В конечном счёте, место этим окнам на помойке.

Очень рада, что обратилась в эту компанию, сделали замеры, привезли окна, установка все в сроки, в удобное для меня время. Работа сделана качественно. Работали аккуратно, мусор вынесли, т. к был демонтаж старого балкона. Спасибо большое.
