Некомпетентные сотрудники. Вопросов по лечению нет, но одни знают когда принимают анализы, а другие нет, из-за этого катаешься просто так по утрам, чтобы услышать «а, ой, ничего не знаем»

Клиника понравилась. Приятный, вежливый персонал. Возникла у дочери (17) проблема с ухом. Думали, что пробка чёрная. Вечер пятницы, на носу выходные дни, а в понедельник ребёнок уезжает в Крым в лагерь. Обзвонил много клиник: где врача нет, где не берут несовершеннолетних и т. д. Дошли до Самарт Клиник - и улача! Есть лор врач, работающий в субботу! Через час мы в клинике. Очень внимательный доктор (Сипатов А. А.) , все подробно объяснил (оказывается была не пробка, дпуная проблема), назначил лечение. Ребёнок поехал почти здоров, в дороге спокойно долечил ухо. Администратор нас проводила до кабинета врача, а врач после приёма до ресепшн.
