Ехали из Москвы в Минск. Решили заночевать в Смоленске. Очень чисто и без излишеств. Замечательная кухня и Интерьер в кафе Отличный персонал. Вкусно накормили хоть и было времени 22:40. Буду рекомендовать и часто приезжать.

1. Очень чисто. Это касается как работы горничных, так и обстановки номера в целом. 2. Разнообразные завтраки, включенные в плату (4 видов с вариациями). Завтраки готовят к времени, то есть персонально вам. 3. Хороший менеджемент и как следствие - нормальное отношение портье к вопросам и просьбам. Ожидал увидеть стандартный "советский" гостиничный сервис, но ошибся. Тут все по-человечески. Минус один - тонкие стены. Если попадутся шумные соседи - их будет слышно. Я останавливался в начале ноября 2019 - было малолюдно и тихо. В номерах центральное отопление, батареи греют хорошо. Стандартный номер с двуспальной кроватью действительно не оч. большой по площади, но об этом предупраждают. Я в комнате не сидел, только спать приходил - мне норм.
