Взяла у них базовую программу + анализы для карты в детский сад. Впечатления очень двоякие. В регистратуре "одна рука не знает что делает другая". Не выдали карту в первый день диспансеризации(видимо я должна была это знать и сама у них попросить), в итоге они сами же потом бегали и заполняли ее потому что я сказала что повторно по врачам не пойду. У врачей поголовно проблемы с софтом в которым они работают, они просто не знают как оформлять эти визиты, их видимо не обучили. В итоге сидишь и ждешь по полчаса пока врач разберется у себя в компьютере и распечатает нужную бумажку, а время следующего врача уже наступило. Из-за этого приходится в буквальном смысле бегать с ребенком сломя голову по этим кабинетам. Также у хирурга и педиатра возникли вопросы почему нет печати ортопеда в карте. Но в эту программу он не входит! Тогда почему вопросы задают мне? Опять я должна это знать? В общем не знаю, диспансеризацию мы прошли, но на будущее я наверно сюда обращаться не буду.

Нужна была помощь в перевозке моего лежачего дедушки и спасибо “Доктор 03” за предоставление такой услуги. Теперь я знаю куда обращаться. Специалисты очень хорошие и вежливые.

У моей бабушки случился инсульт и я сразу же позвонила в “Доктор 03”, так как в государственную нет толку обращаться, пока они приедут… Спасибо Вам за быстрый приезд и за помощь.
