Отличный отдых для непритязательных людей. агент Алена просто молодец, помогла и объяснила нюансы. Когда мы приехали заселяться, номер еще не до конца был убран, но нам предложили пойти в местное лобби и немного подождать, чемоданы мы при этом оставили на ресепшн (!), обычно в отелях не дают так сделать. Но тут был их косяк и пошли навстречу. Меня продуло под кондером по пути от аэропорта до Кемера, была температура, муж купил мне в аптеке напротив лекарство, ПРОДАВЕЦ ДАЖЕ ПО РУССКИ с ним поговорил. Персонал отеля был ненавязчив, посоветовали лекарство, от которого реально стало лучше. Не работал пульт от телека в номере, его поменяли на следующий день. В целом отдых получился бы супер, если бы я не простыла, но даже в этой ситуации осталась не обделена вниманием.
