Хотела поделится как раз не отдыхом, а как у нас отменилась поездка в Турцию. Мы должны были в мае отправиться всей семьёй( из 4 человек -из них 2 ребёнка) с компанией друзей. Конечно в такие моменты не думаешь о страховке, хотя и надо бы. За 2 дня до вылета меня( маму) госпитализируют и маленький ребенок( младенец) заболевает. Лететь на отдых никак нельзя. Сообщаем об этом турагенству, оформляем соответсвующие заявления, документы и вот туроператор Пегас возвращает 100% стоимости тура!!!! Отдельное спасибо Татьяне за организацию и подачу документов!!!Очень приятная неожиданность для нашей семьи!!!!Спасибо большое Вам за быструю и профессианальную помощь в оформлении документов. За то, что Вам важны клиенты не только при продаже тура,но и не бросаете в беде!!! Надеемся на хороший отдых через Ваше турагентство в дальнейшем!
