Самая не адекватная компания! Удаляют отзовы! Запрещают заходить с кофе в автобус, хотя нигде не прописанно! Было дтп ранее с участием их автобуса, тоже не какой ответственности не несут! Думаю пора писать в прокуратуру! Звоните в мосгортранс и жалуйтесь на них, так как самой компании плевать на все

Странный неадекватный персонал. Рязань-Москва отправление в 13.50 22.02.19. Поставил чемодан в багажное отделение, при проходе в автобус попросил контролера не надрывать мой билет, так мне его сдавать в бухгалтерию, вызвало дикий ступор, и оскорбленный моей просьбой к контролеру водитель за это попросил забрать с собой чемодан в салон, либо за три минуты до отправления мне надо сходить в кассу и оплатить копейки за багаж, а провоз в салоне - бесплатно. При этом за день до этого этой же компанией ехал из москвы с тем же чемоданом в багажном отделении, билеты вообще выдали в Рязани и никто их не рвал, т.к. это типа такая форма контроля. Бред, билеты же именные. Водителю минус, полез не в свое дело, у остальных оплату багажа не проверил. В салоне объявления, оскорбляющие пассажиров: "не будь свиньёй, убери за собой". Вопрос к менеджменту: это нормально?
