Не знаю, как они работают с юрлицами, но с физлицами в интернет магазине отвратительно. Сервис на нуле, причем как я поняла общалась с руководителем. Такого хамского отношения к клиентам, которые готовы оплачивать, не припомню. Заказ пришлось отменить, потому что страшно как будут доставлять, если на стадии оформления возникают проблемы и не дают посмотреть состав окончательного заказа после пересчета. Заказ (не состоявшийся к сожалению или к счастью) 13447

Здравствуйте, Елена Александровна! При оформлении заказы вы изначально ввели меня в заблуждения, сделав заказа с другой почты. Когда я попытался выяснить у вас суть вашего действия, почему ни чего вразумительного не услышал. Вы сами не понятного с какой целью создали прицендент и сами теперь его же испугались. Окончательный перерасчёт заказа я вам отправлял на почту которую вы сами указали в заказе ДВА раза. Вы не приниля мои письма к своему вниманию. По поводу вашей просьбы позвонить: к сожалению, а может и к лучше разговор не состоялся по причине не прозвона на ваш номер. Что вы хотели услышать от меня не понятно, номер счёта и условия доставки по телефону не сообщаю, по простой причине, после разговора не возможно держать всю информацию по всем клиентам в голове. В любом случае: спасибо за отзыв!)
