Начну с того, что салон очень красивый, просторный, светлый, все в нем продумано и удобно. Была здесь на стрижке. В моей стрижке сложно было накосячить, так как всего лишь убрать длину нужно было, но шампуни у них очень вкусно пахнут (мне помыли голову) 1500₽ На протяжении всего мероприятия мне пришлось выслушивать всевозможные истории мастеров, которые общались между собой, а еще бегал маленький ребенок одного из мастера и истерил. Пришла на шугаринг подмышек. Мой мастер в отпуске, но лето на дворе)) Цена шок! О ней я узнала уже в конце процедуры на ресепшене - 550₽, Карл!!! 550₽!!! Где это вообще видано? Потолок 400₽ во всех салонах! Но это ладно, даже если такая цена, то должно быть на высшем уровне все! Но мне, внимание, делали лопаткой (наносили сахар), а снимали сахар полоской тканевой для воска!!!! Приговаривая, что опыт 13 лет , но лучше все делать воском! Если не умеете, не беритесь за такие процедуры, тем более по завышенным ценникам!!! Сдачи у них не было, предложила перевести онлайн, но и сети нет у них, пока подключалась к вайфаю, опять пришлось выслушивать про их насущные салонные проблемы, даже не в полголоса, не стесняясь абсолютно! Не обучил директор, как вести себя с клиентами, видимо, либо сэкономил деньги на тренинг-менеджера, а может и вовсе сам присутствовал при этой беседе и комментировал))) в общем, не знает персонал о манере поведения с клиентами в сфере обслуживания! Не рекомендую это заведение.
