Компания стремная, где работает три сотрудника в офисе, Александра-менеджер, которая постоянно ошибается (в заказ не включает множество позиций, не контролирует сроки производства и поставки мебели), крайне непрофессиональная. Пётр-который является специалистом по рекламациям, вообще не понятно что в офисе делает. И кассир-который строит из себя начальника и при возникших сложностях переводит стрелки на Александру и Петра, те в свою очередь тоже не могут решить ошибки, которые сами совершили. На складе-два узбека, вот и весь штат. Суть работы такая, заказываете у них кухню, они формируют заказ с ошибками и отправляют на производство, обычные перекупы. Потом приходит кухня через 1,5 месяца, вместо обещанных 2 недель, и мы понимаем что нет присадок для петель, нет самих петель в заказе, нет цоколя, фасады отличаются по цвету и столешница короче на метр, чем была заявлена мной. Мы при сборки кухни едем в Леруа все докупаем, платим дополнительно монтажнику чтобы он фрезеровал отверстия под петли, покупаем новую столешницу. Привозим столешницу в эту «чудо» компанию «СЛАВМЕБЕЛЬ», менеджер говорит что примет ее, а деньги вернут на наш депозит и при новом заказе зачтут их к оплате. Решил последний раз у них заказать фасады для шкафов, прихожу, а они говорят что не вернём Вам 5852₽., так как мы никому, никогда ничего не возвращаем, а переделываем всегда, даже если это займёт пол года.... Понимая темпы их работ, я могу сказать точно понадобится от 2х до 6 месяцев на переделки, но кто готов терпеть это.... В итоге после продолжительных баталий сказали, на тебе твои деньги и дуй отсюда.... Так и не признав свои косяки и ошибки!!! В целом крайне НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ данную конторку для заказа мебели, неграмотные, неопрятные люди.
