Зачем нам вообще эта компания. если мы её не выбирали??? Это обычные мошенники, которые только обещают, а делать ничего не делают! Да и у персонала руки явно не из того места растут — сантехники низкоквалифицированные, сотрудники постоянно хамят!

Отвратительная шарашка! Не понимаю почему жители, не организуют им бойкот? Расторгнуть договор всем, и послать их куда подальше.

С этой «шарашкой» никто из нашего дома договоров не заключал. Просила мне предъявить мой с ними договор — отказали! А его у них и быть не может. Я ничего не подписывала! И соседи из подъезда тоже!Добиться там чего-то путного нереально: мусоропровод периодически забит, люди, спускаясь по лестнице, оставляют пакеты у мусоропровода между 1 и 2м этажами или сносят вниз. А рабочие по дому несут их наверх, на 1 этаж, и складывают под наши двери! Развели мышей. Нарушается Постановление Госстроя РФ ОТ 17.9.2003 N 170. Писала жалобу в Управу. Ответили, что у НИХ всё хорошо. А вот у НАС — плохо! Следующим этапом пишем жалобу в Санэпидстанцию, Общество защиты прав потребителей и Мэрию Москвы, не помогут, — пойдем в суд. Фотоматериалы безобразий собраны. --- Был гололед — выйти из подъезда было нереально, не разбившись, утром позвонила в диспетчерскую, обещали все исправить, а в 21 час как был гололед не посыпанный и не убранный, так и остался, только снежком его запорошило. Лично я получила вечером серьезную травму. Больше месяца нахожусь дома по травме — не могу ходить. — Давайте как-то коллективно избавляться от безобразной работы УК и ее наймитов. - ул. Просто возмущена ТАКИМ отношениям к клиентам, работники мало того что хамы, так еще и не делают ничего, только обещаниями «кормят». На обращения жильцов не отвечают неделями, а то и месяцами. Одним словом, компания просто ужасная, работать с ней совершенно не хочется!
