Хороший магаз, знаю его еще с открытия, удобен тем, что по пути, продавцы добрые. по обиходной автомелочевке и популярной автохимии много что есть, вазовские з/ч, но тут я не вникал, сказать сложно. Ну и график работы очень даже хорош.

Не так давно покупал в магазине катушки (Оказались не исправны). Приехал в этот же день менять на рабочие или вернуть деньги, на что продавец или кто он там, ответил "Не могут быть обе не исправны" замену катушек производили при мне. Я продавцу пытался объяснить, что они не работают, на что я услышал "Пока мы не удостоверимся в их не исправности, ни деньги ни катушки не вернем" мне надо было ехать в командировку, попросил продать другие на что мне ответили "Я Вам ни чего не продам". Мне пришлось ехать в другой магазин и купить еще 2 катушки (установили и все работает). Через неделю вернувшись с командировки, вернулся в магазин за ответом, на что мне сказали "Они рабочие отдали их мне" я спросил как проверяли? Ответ: вставили катушки в свою машину и они работают. Ознокомившись с правами потребителя, я пришел с претензией в магазин с просьбой о возврате денег. Продавец принимать претензию отказался, почтовый адрес в уголке потребителя не указан, номер руководителя не дают. После того как достал камеру и начал снимать, вручение претензии, продавец согласился вернуть деньги. Самое забавное, что меня попросил (Продавец) "Не приходить к ним в магазин больше". После такого обслуживания я ни кому не советую ходить в эту забегаловку. Если руководитель видит этот отзыв, примите меры (Ваши деньги пропадают). Поступлю по совету продавца и не появлюсь там больше!
