Пользуются сложившейся ситуацией в Москве для собственной наживы и поднятия продаж. На сайте описаны условия доставки: "ДОСТАВКА ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯЕТСЯ ОТ СТОИМОСТИ ПОКУПКИ ОТ 5.000 РУБЛЕЙ", а после оформления заказа звонит девушка и говорит: по распоряжению руководства из за карантина нужно делать заказ от 10.000 т/рублей., тогда будет доставка. 18.03.2020г.

Здравствуйте. Мы не пользуемся никакой ситуацией. В тот момент, когда Вы сделали заказ, была не ясная ситуация, сможет ли наша логистика справиться с доставкой всех заказов. Поэтому наши сотрудники как то пытались выходить из ситуации с ажиотажем на продукты питания. Но в итоге, было принято решение ни чего не менять по условиям покупки, но мы честно предупредили на сайте наших клиентов о возможных сдвигах в сроках доставки товаров.

Заказали свиной язык. Прием заказа - вежливая девушка. Привезли: многократно размороженную-замороженную массу языков непонятного цвета в большом количестве льда и снега. Вес содержимого коробок на 0,3-0,7 кг меньше заявленного. Попытались узнать у "вежливой девушки" что с этим можно сделать. Вежливость испарилась, осталась разъяренная фурия. Вероятно, вопросы о низком качестве продукции ей задают постоянно. Что-то объяснить не удалось, просто будем знать, что этот продавец грубиян и мошенник.

Здравствуйте, уважаемый Александр Сергеевич. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв и оценку. Мы не станем пытаться оправдаться, т.к. действительно иногда подобные ситуации возникают. Мы никогда не отказываемся идти на встречу клиентам в таких случаях и всегда просим проверять качество и количество товаров в заказе в присутствии экспедитора, а при несоответствии, или не удовлетворительном качестве не принимать товар. В противном случае, если претензия поступает позже (когда экспедитор уже уехал) нам очень сложно вернуть товар, т.к. для этого необходимо перестроить маршрут доставки на другой день, прислать к Вам экспедитора повторно и проверить Ваши претензии (т.к. за время нахождения товара у Вас с ним что-то могло случиться).
