Добрый день всем, читающим этот отзыв. Хотя это уже крик души. Громкая вывеска Ангстрем-мебель, 1.5 месяца ожидания кресла после 100% предоплаты, косяк с цветом обивки - об этом я уже писала. На прошлой неделе (!) менеджер оформила все документы на обмен кресла из складской программы ( т.е. оно есть в наличии) и даже на возврат части суммы - цена на эту позицию (кресло Сидней) ниже, чем при заказе. Круто, жду, прошу не подводить. Машина из Воронежа 2 раза в неделю ездит в Москву, уж точно доставят быстро... И тишина... Обращаюсь через отзыв к руководству: господа, мы же не в 90-х! 3 года назад у вас был безупречный сервис! Что случилось? Почитайте отзывы на яндекс маркет, может в вашем бизнесе изменились этические нормы? Я хочу получить кресло - даже не в цвете который заказывала, в том, чтобы хоть как-то подходил под интерьер. Может в ком-то проснется понимание, что и вы - клиенты в других случаях. Где телефон отдела претензий? Или клиентского сервиса? Не найдет никто. Зато миллион всплывающих окошек : я ваш менеджер такой-то, всё подберем и тп. Откликнитесь, бизнесмены, ау... Сегодня 1 декабря, вторник. Дополняю отзыв. После мытарств, переписки с менеджером и звонков в Воронеж, кресло мне привезли (поменяли). Прошло 2 месяца. Теперь жду возврата суммы - разницы между ценами. Я никого ни за что не агитирую. Я делаю выводы для себя и настоятельно рекомендую всем принимать решения, взвесив - готовы ли вы рискнуть определенной суммой, нервами и тп. Обязательно дополню отзыв еще раз - когда получу деньги.
