Получили стол сегодня. С клиентской поддержкой и доставкой проблем не было, но фактура дерева на столе просто жесть. Какие-то огромные лепестки. Не такого ты ждешь 1,5 месяца за 27тыс. Стол Moon Light беленый дуб. Прикладываю пример стола с сайта, там равномерная однородная фактура. Не знаю, какие работники у них на производстве, но мне кажется любой уважающий себя столяр понял бы, что такое оставлять нельзя.

Через два месяца использования появились складки на диване. Продавец утверждает что это не гарантийный случай, отказываясь устранять брак.

Складки или морщины на облицовочном материале, возникающие на изделиях из мягкой мебели во время эксплуатации, действительно не являются браком.Они будут появляться на тех местах, которые чаще всего используются.Это особенность всех изделий мягкой мебели, и она указана в ГОСТ 19917-93Если мы заберем Ваш диван и натянем ткань так, чтоб складок не образовывалось- она порвется по швам из-за очень большого натяжения.

Странный комментарий! Просто некачественная ткань растянулась или наполнитель смялся. В других диванах почему-то так не происходит.

У меня советскому дивану на даче добрая куча лет и что-то ничего не морщится…и другие диваны не морщатся..а вот дешманские диваны купили в бар и там все через два месяца сморщилось…только в бар мы брали по 15 тясяч а тут они дороже…и такие же по качеству выходит..
