Обратилась, чтобы получить ЭЦП. Оформили быстро для моего случая (упрощенка 6%). Техподдержка отвечает оперативно, можно оставить заявку по телефону - перезвонят. Отдельное спасибо молодому человеку справа.

Обратился в компанию для получения электронной цифровой подписи (ЭЦП) для участия в торгах. Написал на электронную почту свои пожелания. Ответили быстро. Сказали, что ключ для торгов у них есть и мне он подходит. ЭЦП подготовили тоже достаточно быстро. Это плюс. Дальше сплошные минусы. Сразу у них спросил, могу ли получить ЭЦП в своем городе, сказали, что можно, только делать все через них. В итоге, оказывается, можно и у себя было сделать, им, видать, просто показатели свои нужно было перед новым годом улучшить. Далее. В счёт включили услугу сопровождения. И сказали, что это обязательно. У них так "программа счёт формирует". Ладно. Я новичок, думаю, мало ли, в пригодится. Ну, и самое весёлое. Оказывается, что на некоторые торговые площадки доступ оплачивается отдельно. И никто об этом ни разу не упомянул. И чтобы теперь получить доступ на эти площадки, нужно полностью перевыпустить ключ. А это достаточно приличные деньги. И втюханное сопровождение здесь не поможет. Очень печально, что люди так относятся к своим клиентам. О своем разочаровании при работе с ними я, конечно же, им лично написал. Да только ответа не последовало. Делайте выводы и по возможности не имейте с ними дел.
