Пробыл в отделении почти час, большая часть времени это очередь. С вопросом по которому обращался не решён, с отсылкой в головной офис и синхронизацию с их режимом работы (по словам операциониста вопросы лучше решать в будни и у них больше доступов и т. п). Т. е. тут, в этом отделении, нет возможность получить услугу здесь и сейчас, "под ключ". И я ушёл с ощущением, что побеспокоил людей своим визитом. Видимо без Клиентов реально спокойнее... Ок, более не буду беспокоить не данное отделение ни данный банк.
