По номеру не дозвониться 10 раз звонил, даже гудки не идут, придётся ехать из дома чтобы проверить работает банк или нет

Владислав, здравствуйте! Офис работает с понедельника по пятницу: с 10 до 19 часов для физ. лиц, с 10 до 17 часов для юр. лиц, суббота и воскресенье — выходные дни. С 13 по 17 апреля офис не работает. Напишите, пожалуйста, нам в почту social@skbbank.ru, со ссылкой на отзыв, на какой номер вы не смогли дозвониться, с какого номера звонили, а также дату и время, когда это было.
