Звонят с предложением кредита. Откуда берёте номер телефона, если вашим клиентом никогда не являлись? Нарушайте закон о персональных данных! Буду писать жалобу на вас в центральный банк!

Данный банк не заинтересован в решении проблем клиентов, в филиалах банка вопрос не решают только составляют обращение и отправляют в головной банк, в г. Екатеринбург, а на горячей линии никогда не ответят чётко ясно, и все переводят на составление устного обращения. Я писал с обращением на сайте СКБ в итоге на все мои 5 вопросов-обращений под копирку прислали ответы в разные дни, разные исполнители. В итоге я смирился с их необоснованно начислеными пени, но для себя вывел итог не связываться с этим банком и его продуктами. Обращение 155818 которое было скопировано с прошлых обращений, дало мне смирение, что с СКБ бороться нужно через суд, сами они вопрос не решат.

Работаю с этим банком по рассчетно-кассовому обслуживанию, веду бухгалтерию на фирме. У нас установлен на компьютер интернет-банк, и о постоянных походах в отделение банка я, к счастью, забыла. Все делаю прямо из своего кабинета, довольно удобная система "ДелоБанк". Когда устанавливали систему, приезжал сотрудник, сам привозил все договора на подпись. К работе через интернет я привык быстро, там все доступно, платежи уходят моментально.
