Отличная компания, сервис на высоте! Заказывали костюмированный праздник для детей (мальчик 6 лет, девочка 7), пригласили других детей с родителями, все остались очень довольны! Молодые и энергичные аниматоры, реалистичные костюмы! Спасибо огромное, будем обращаться к вам снова!!

НЕНАДЕЖНАЯ КОНТОРА!За 3 недели до дня рождения остановилась на данном агенстве. Согласовывали детали, костюмы. И тд. Остановились на анимации, на выступлении фокусника и на выступлении химика. в день празднования дня рождения один из артистов, а именно фокусник просто взял и не приехал! А ведь дети ждали и фокусы!!! Для празднования снимала лофт, где аренда ведется по часам, и вся программа расписана по минутам. Минут 15 пыталась связаться с кем то из агенства, связалась, потом они пыталис ь безуспешно сВязаться со свои фокусником, после чего обрадовали меня, сто фокусник вероятно где то застрял, так как первый заказ его был в 120 км от Москвы 27 декабря! А уже к 16 часам он должен был быть в Люберцах. То есть если агенство получает более «выгодный» заказ на конеретного артиста, то вас просто «кидают», ведь любому здравомыслящему человеку понятно, что выполнить заказы настолько удалённые в предновогодних пробках просто нереально!..никто из агенства, кроме менеджера в чате, даже не удосужился как то извиниться. Ситуацию во многом спас химик, за что ему большое спасибо!!!! И лично химику Виктору ставлю 6 звезд! Агенству, которое так подводит своих клиентов, ставлю максимум 2 звезды. – показать
