Побыв в этом комплеке -впечатления самые хорошие Ребенку очень нравится заниматься и большое спасибо хочу сказать тому кто работает в буфете Есть где посидеть и перекусить- а самое главное доступные цены Встречают там всегда с доброжелательностью и внимательностью Всегда порядок в этом месье и детям нравится наблюдать за рыбками в аквариуме — за ним всегда ухаживают и содержат в чистоте

Добрый вечер, пришли мы сегодня с сыном 6 лет на пробное занятие по футболу, девушка администратор, мило ворковала с охраником, до нас ей естественно не было дела, сказала переодевайтесь и ждите, тренер к вам подойдет, мы сначала стали переодеваться в коридоре, о наличии раздевалок и где они находятся нам никто не соизволил сказать, мы спросили и пошли переодеваться, просидев еще минут 15—20 к нам подошла администратор и сказала, что сегодня занятий нет и они проходят по вторнркам и пятницам, хо тя, когда мы заранее приходили, она мне сказала, что дни в которые проходит футбол это вторник, четверг и пятница. Ну ладно бы это ничего страшного могла ошибиться, кстати в тот день, когда мы приходили, она так же болтала с охраником, но когда мы пришли, сказали, что мы на пробное занятие по футболу, стали переодеваться и т.д., можно было сказать, что сегодня занятий нет. Ребенок очень расстроился, он так бедный ждал тренера и это занятие по футболу. И потраченное время тоже было жаль. Возник просто вопрос, зачем нужен такой администратор, для чего вы его держите, если от него толку ноль. И я уверена мы не первые кого она так подвела, отбивая все желание ходить в вашу секцию, хотя тренера не виноваты в этом, почему они должны страдать оттого, что к ним приходит мало людей/детей из-за некомпетентности администратора. – показать
