Вопрос к врачу нет , а вот к администрации есть. Записалась на рентген, позвонила сказала , что прошу записать меня на рентген грудной клетки со снимками и заключением. Пришла на запись, ещё раз повторила всю информацию, какая услуга мне требуется, все оплатила, стоимость составила 1500р. Такую же стоимость мне озвучили по телефону. В итоге прихожу за результатами на следующий день. Оказывается снимки нужно оплатить отдельно 500р и что я не заказывала снимки, их нет. Ждать нужно ещё 20минут. И уверяют меня , что это я не права. И признать свою вину и извиниться в том , что не выполнили свою работу должным образом никто не захотел. Потом собственники бизнеса удивляются, откуда такие отзывы, почему люди не довольны качеством услуг. Обучите своих специалистов слышать клиентов

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за ваш отзыв — мы ценим обратную связь, даже если она с критикой. В нашей клинике цифровая рентгенография проводится с обязательным заключением врача. Печатные снимки сейчас редко востребованы и оформляются только по отдельному запросу как дополнительная услуга. Именно так формируется стоимость. Мы понимаем ваши эмоции и приносим извинения за то, что администратор не уточнил, нужны ли снимки. Но при разборе ситуации мы видим, что ваш запрос был связан именно с заключением, которое мы вам и предоставили. Мы всегда стараемся работать с максимальной заботой и уважением к пациентам. Будем признательны за конструктивные комментарии — именно они помогают делать сервис лучше.
