Заказывали в компании ремонт кухни, ванны, туалета с дизайном. Дизайнер - девочка-студенка. Очень плохо разбирается в специфике, работает только по выходным. Дизайн-проект затянули безбожно (замечаний по проекту было много, а исправления сильно затягивались до очередных выходных). В итоге, проект не лег в оштукатуренные уже мастерами стены - на просьбу переделать ответили "за дополнительную плату". В общем дизайн-проект - деньги на ветер. Далее собсвенно, сам ремонт: Обещали всё сделать за месяц. Делали пол года. В кухне выровняли стены таким слоем штукатурки, что кухня ощутимо уменьшилась (сам точно видел 3-4 см на срезе стены). Не закрыли полы в остальной квартире, хотя мастерам и руководителям Андрею и Юрию об этом неоднократно напоминали. Итог - цементные следы на паркетной доске, страшная грязь по всей квартире. Очень плохо разбираются в оборудовании. Постоянно надо контролировать. Пример - чуть не заложили датчики температуры теплого пола в стяжку - вовремя поймал за руку, и таких примеров десятки. В проекте была антресоль на финише Андрей нам сообщил, что антресоли они делать не умеют - обращайтесь в другую компанию. У сенсорного регулятора теплого сломали сенсорный экран - пришлось покупать новый. Умудрились при установке сломать сидение унитаза с микролифтом. При монтаже системы канализации допустили образование брюха, не выдержали необходимый угол наклона сантиметр на метр длины - в итоге застаивается вода, постоянные засоры. Пытаюсь добиться переделки канализации по гарантии, прописанной в договоре - пока безуспешно. Сильно превысили смету.

Я Попович Ю.В. руководитель строительной компании Bauen могу сказать одно что этот человек который пищит всего это являлось нашем конкурентом и пишет не правду! Я заявляю совсем ответственности что этот проект не был вообщем если он был, то просьба сканировать договор и смету с моей подпись и печати и выложить чтобы всем было понятно правда или лож эту историю!!! Всем спасибо за пониманием!!!
